JOB DETAILS:
Bunisha Limited is an eBusiness platform offering automated digital solutions to businesses with focus on originality, usability and scalability. We are seeking to hire a creative, imaginative, and innovative graphics designer who has a passion for graphics design and is looking to grow into the role with the company.

The successful candidate will be tasked with providing high quality customer service experiences to both staff and clients in addition to the following key roles and responsibilities
• Receiving all external calls into the company through the switchboard on the reception desk mobile phone
• Checking and responding to all emails sent by clients and other stakeholders through the official company inquiry email address
• Ensure that the company’s communication procedure is follow at all times
• Building and maintaining a good relationship with clients in order to maximize on productivity
• Monitoring staff interaction with clients via the CRM
• Responding to and resolving all customer complaints and queries
• Advising clients on company services
• Receive all company correspondences from clients and other stakeholders
• Calling clients to make follow ups on their feedback on the services rendered
• Periodically making efforts to reach out to former clients and convincing them to work with the company
• Closing sales from the phone calls received or made to clients

Qualifications and Requirement’s
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3-4years customer service experience
• Knowledge of CRM systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer proficiency
• Ability to multitask
• Proper understanding of the company services
• Conflict resolution skills
• Pleasant and outgoing personality with empathy and resilience

Work Hours: 8 36 Bachelor Degree
