The goal of the USAID funded Human Resources for Health (HRH) Kenya Mechanism is to strengthen HRH systems at the national and county levels to improve health outcomes for the Kenyan people. The Mechanism is looking for suitable candidates to fill the following positions
4.County Technical Officer
• provide technical and logistical support to ensure deficient and effective implementation of county cluster interventions including strengthening health HRH Units, adoption and implementation of HRM policies and guidelines. facilitation of inter county HRH stakeholders coordination forums. maintenance and, update HR records and filing systems, updating Human Resources Information system [iHRlS). coordination and implementation of county performance management systems.
Education and Experience Social Sciences. 2 years working experience in HRM especially in the public sector, proficiency in Microsoft office, demonstrated competence in working with stakeholders, good interpersonal, analytical skills. negotiation, influencing and communication skills
