Role purpose
The individual will be required to develop and drive the logistical arm of the company in your market through operational and strategic actions. You will directly hire and manage your operational team

Country Manager Job Responsibilities

•  Implement best practice fulfilment processes in the country
  
•  Actively design and steer CXP and VXP excellence projects along with Local and Central operations leaders
  
•  Design and own end to end the Logistics costs strategy in Country to meet both our requirements of experience and Path to Profitability
  
•  Actively feed and contribute to the system roadmap design to deliver the required instruments for this logistics success
  
•  Own the development of international marketplace logistics, especially focusing on the clearance and last mile smooth flow.
  
•  Leading the scale up and expansion Logistics footprint of the company Services in your Country Delivering on Service level targets
  
•  Working closely with the commercial team on sales planning and execution of Tier 1 campaigns
  
•  Setting up and scaling new Warehousing strategy and facility for the company in your country
  
• Shareholder and Stakeholder Management while representing the unit Services
  
•  Recruit and managing the logistic and fulfilment team
  
•  Manage a fleet and 3PL providers + negotiate with 3PL providers
  
•  Deliver measurable results linked to your business
•  Ensure regular reporting of your actions and results
  
•  Manage the talent pool and build a strong leadership team in Warehousing and logistics
  
•  Ensure the smooth fulfilment of the items sold
  
•  Ensure the quality of the measurement of selected KPIs hourly, daily, weekly and monthly
  

Qualifications for the Country Manager Job

•  Degree (Business Administration, Logistics- supply chain, Economics, Engineering Strong entrepreneurial skills, leadership and drive
  
•  Ability to negotiate and communicate in flawless English, French and Arabic
  
•  Ability to work independently and in a team
  
•  Experience in multinational environment
  
•  Experience or high level of comfort in logistics or operations
  
•  Experience managing teams or large projects
  
•  Excellent analytical and communication
  

Key skills

•  Strong communication skills. Ability to effectively present information in one—on—one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  
•  Proven ability to use basic mathematical skills.
  
•  Strong problem-solving abilities.
