We are seeking a Country Director to lead our Somalia program through a period of anticipated expansion and extraordinary opportunities for growth and impact. A senior leader who combines a passion and experience for operational excellence with a distinguished background in programmatic achievements. Cine who has significant program management experience to support, monitor and ensure the quality implementation of the projects in Somalia and play a substantial role in promoting the RI way. A self—driven, passionate and highly motivated person with proven skills and experience in program quality assurance, external representation, strategic management and mobilizing resources as well as managing teams based in multiple locations. The Somalia context provides both extreme challenges and equal rewards for the leader adept at navigating and thriving in this deeply gratifying assignment.
