In line with our strategy to become the leading European NGO specialising in agriculture, environment and business in rural Africa, we are looking for competent and exceptional individuals to fill in the following position: Country Director, Ethiopia.
Location: Ethiopia with frequent travel
Contract: Full time, 3 years, fixed term

We are looking for an inspirational leader, communicator and manager who to drives growth and delivers high quality and technically expert programmes, as well as fronting some of our most important organisational relationships. .
Job Responsibilities: • The Country Director, Ethiopia will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for Farm Africa's Ethiopian country programme, in line with our global strategy. The ideal candidate should have a successful track record of working at Country Director level within the INGO sector and should possess a strong understanding of donor environments, working closely with communities, government and the private sector.
