JOB DETAILS:
Cost and Progress Manager

Roles and responsibilities
Monitoring and Controlling project Cost & Progress
• Manages project cost planning data (CBL, EAC & PCA) offline and in relevant tools.
• Updates project CBL according to approved changes in customer contract and/or project scope.
• Updates EAC costs regularly to provide latest visibility on total project costs in collaboration with the operations director.
• Ensures proper project set up in Nokia tools for cost collection (SAP, ERM Lawson, Tempus etc)
• Manages subcontractor purchase ordering and invoicing processes.
• Manages costs related to extra works, non-conformance costs (NCC) and sellable additional works, monitors risk contingency usage.
• Periodic maintenance and tracking of project risk logs
• Drives cost consciousness, transparency, awareness, and execution productivity.
• Manages progress tracking processes and tools.
• Monitors and controls project progress periodically.
• Reviews cost impact of project schedule, risks, and issues.
• Monitor and continuously enhance efficiency on cost management

Qualifications:
• Finance related degree from a recognised University
• Accounting qualification, CPA, ACCA
• Masters degree will be an added advantage
• Relevant experience in a similar role
