Job title: Cosmetic Sales Intern
Qualifications
• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing or related disciplines.
• Passion in Cosmetics Sales
• Knowledge in product promotion and merchandizing will be required.
• Experience with International and Online Sales.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to multitask.
• Demonstrate achievement of sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong negotiating skills.
• Quick learner
Objectives
• Perform sales and marketing roles within the cosmetic line of the business.
• Provide support role to other Sales and Marketing operations.
Direct Supervisor
• Sales Manager

Responsibilities
• Determining customer needs and buying potential;
• Developing customer relations by educating the customers about a cosmetics company’s services, products, and prices;
• Answering customers’ questions and handling service situations when required;
• Preparing transaction reports and maintaining expense accounts; and working effectively to expand customer base
• Capturing all markets within the assigned areas.
• Ensure consistent supply and delivery of products to the customers within the assigned area.
• Giving market feedback to the management
• Timely reports to the Sales Manager.
• Bring in a new list of clienteles and increase sales.
• Grow sales and correctly implement & use CRM system.
• Identify business opportunities with prospective customers.
• Participate in the physical inventory process.
