JOB DETAILS:
Coordinator Medical Surgical Ward
Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Medical Surgical Ward, the holder of the position will be expected to glorify God by providing proactive and dynamic professional leadership and operational management of the male ward to ensure the provision of effective care to patients and their families and the ongoing development of the nursing team.

Applicants Qualifications, Experience, Competencies and Attributes
• Kenya Registered Community Health Nurse (KRCHN)
• Registration with the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK)
• Valid Nursing practicing license
• Minimum three (3) years’ relevant experience
• Must demonstrate commitment to operational effectiveness
• Must be capable of functioning effectively both as a team player and team leader
• Must be a flexible person, who is willing to learn and able to work flexible hours to achieve goals
• Should have effective people management and conflict resolution skills
• Must have knowledge in use of MS office packages
• Must be aligned to the mission and vision of the AIC Kijabe hospital
