JOB DETAILS:

responsibilities
• The consultant will work for the Ecosystems Division under the supervision of the Chief, Administrative Services, and perform the following duties
• Analyse existing policies relating to Back to Office, the New Normal and Office Space entitlements.
• Review existing personnel numbers by grade and Branch – to map out where they will fit
• Review existing floor plates
• Develop a proposal for the ‘new normal’
• Proposal should include:
• visual representation of all floor plates
• Furniture and equipment
• Budget proposal
• Develop detailed Implementation Plan and Strategy

• Qualifications/special Skills
• Bachelor's degree in project management, development studies, international relations, political science, or related field is required
• Minimum ten years of work experience in interior design, office space redesign, facilities management, or related fields is required.
• Strong coordination skills are required
• Experience with finding solutions to improve efficiency is required
• Experience working with cross cutting teams is desirable
