Education Development Trust wishes to engage a consultant to review systems and processes for key operational functions, alongside project and client management through the embedding of refreshed approaches to ‘Delivery Excellence’ as part of the new corporate strategy.

The selected service provider will be expected to review and if necessary re-design the regional operating and De-livery Excellence model, taking into account current strengths and potential weaknesses.
