1. TheCounty Government of Kiambu-Department of Roads, Transport, Public Works, and Utilities invitestendersforthe construction of CONSTRUCTION OF NGOMA TUPU BRIDGE, KURI BOX CULVERT AND BOSNIA BRIDGE FY 2022/2023 as per this tender document
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interestedTenderers.
3. Tenderers will be allowed to tenderfor all lots.
4. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours[ 0900 to 1600 hours] atthe address given below.
5. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website(s) www.supplier.treasury.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke . Tender documents obtained electronicallywill be free of charge.
6. Tenderers who download the tender document may forward their particulars immediately to (procurement@kiambu.go.ke)to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
7. Tenderers are invited for a pre-bid site visit meeting IS NOT APPLICABLE as indicated in the tender document
8. Tendersshall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tendersshall remain valid for (91) days fromthe date of opening oftenders.
9. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of (KES. 200,000.00] as prescribed in the tender document
10. TheTenderershall chronologically serialize all pages ofthe tender documentssubmitted indicating the total page numbers at the last page of the bid document.
11. Completed tenders must be submitted electronically through the Kenya supplier portal https://www.supplier.treasury.go.ke/ so as to be received on or before [27th January 2023 at 10:00am].
12. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later.
13. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers' designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
14. Late tenderswill be rejected.
