PRE-QUALIFICATION OF CONTRACTORS FOR OFFICE BLOCK CONSTRUCTION ON PLOT No 2146215 Section XXIII/MI
Our clientl in Mombasa Is inviting suitable local contractors with the following Minimum and Mandatory requirements for the construction of an office block.
l. Current registration With the National Construction Authority (NCA) for main contractors and NCA 3 and above for Subcontractors
2. lncorporation I Registration certificate
3. Tax Compliance Certificate
4. Must provide recent copy of CR 12
5. Proof of work of similar magnitude and complexity undertaken In the last five years
- Adequate equipment for the type of work
- Adequate trained personnel for the type of work. Attach CV's of key personnel
- Sound financial standing. Attach audited accounts for the last three years:
- Proof of access to credit lines from banks
- Litigation history both court and arbitration cases
Contractors for the following works will be required:
- Building works
- General Electrical lnstallations
- Plumblng and Drainage Installations
- Passengers lifts
- Generators
- Audia Visual systems
- Fire fighting & Sprinkler systems
- CCTV surveillance system & LAN system
- Air conditioning and mechanical ventilation
- Fire detection public address And Evacuation system
