JOB DETAILS:
We are a professional firm based in Nairobi, in response to our continued growth, we are looking for dynamic and solution-oriented individuals to join our team in the Company Secretarial- Assistants. .
Job Responsibilities:
• Well versed with company secretarial legislations
• Proficiency with the BRS platform
• In depth understanding of corporate governance procedures
• Ability to plan for meetings, record minutes, draft resolutions and lodge required documents with the registrar of companies
• Ability to advise boards on the legal and governance implications of policies passed

Job Qualifications:
• A bachelor's degree in a business related field;
• ACS
• Have a minimum of 2 years working experience in a Secretarial Department of a CS firm
• Have good understanding of the Kenya Companies Act
