About the Role
The Communications fellow will join the External Relations department and play a critical role in supporting the department's internal and external communications objectives. Are you a budding creative who can create compelling corporate content, manage our social media platforms, while coordinating multiple communication campaigns and projects? Duties and Responsibilities
• Generate story ideas and prepare content for social media.
• Update and maintain all our social media presence, including daily monitoring and posting.
• Track and analyze website/social media traffic flow and provide regular internal reports and social media data.
• Support the review of external publications about the organization.
• Host groups of visitors to present the Fresh Life/Sanergy Collaborative model.
• Assist in the maintenance of the communications calendar.
• Revamp and update key communications materials (impact summaries, standard presentations, etc).
• Organize and conduct regular field visits to our customers for story generation, photography, etc.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
• 6+ months of previous experience in copywriting, storytelling, editing, running social media campaigns, and storyboarding is ideal.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, and must have the ability to tell compelling stories.
• Interest in enhancing proven writing and editing skills.
• Have a high level of creativity, and with an ability to use data-driven insights to create content.
• Be detail-oriented and committed to meeting tight deadlines.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work on a project team.
• Relationship-building skills, driven, enthusiastic, and highly motivated.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to take instructions and have a growth mindset
