JOB DETAILS:
Commercial Operations Associate
DEPARTMENT: PRODUCTION
REPORTING TO: HEAD OF PRODUCTION
JOB SUMMARY / PURPOSE:
Hardworking and dedicated individual who shall be tasked with performance of administrative and clerical tasks to support the organization's daily commercial and operational needs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Complete clerical and administrative tasks liaising between the commercial division and operations division.
2. Manage inventory and supply reports for all retail meals and ensure that there are no stock outs.
3. Place inventory and supply orders as per the needs of the various stores with the production team.
4. Liaison with the finance department on collection of store revenue.
5. Make recommendations for business performance improvement and reduction of losses.
6. Ensure that delivery is carried out in time for the various stores.
7. Ensure that the invoices are accurate and delivered to various stores on time.
8. Follow up on partner payments to ensure that they are accurate and on time.
9. Any other duties assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree in business administration / sales
• 2 - 3 years in operations / commercial management
• High attention to detail and analytical skills
• Knowledge of Excel / Spreadsheets
• Experience working in a startup environment

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
• A positive and can-do attitude.
• Exceptional collaboration and listening ability.
• Excellent communication skills (English and Kiswahili) both verbal and written.
• Passionate about food.
