Qualifications/special skills
• A Master's degree in computer science, data science, data management, MnR, ICT or a closely related field is required
• A minimum of 10 years' relevant work experience in developing computer-based systems development and operation is required
• Experience in developing IT based M&R systems for policies, plans and programmes in close collaboration with public sector institution is required
• Ability to work effectively within a variety of government agencies and stakeholder groups and a diversity of individuals (gender, age, language, etc.) is desired
• Availability and commitment to perform the tasks and to deliver work on time is desired
• Ability to plan, prioritize and deliver tasks effectively and on time is desired
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines is desired
• Ability to synthesize information in a clear and well-structured manner is desired
• Record of working harmoniously in team and Sensitive on do-no-harm approach is desired
