JOB DETAILS:
PCEA Evergreen Church, Runda seeks to recruit a Clerk of Works who will coordinate and monitor all construction activities on site for their proposed new iconic Sanctuary.

Key Duties

• Interpreting contract documents on site
• Confirming work measurements on site and keeping records
• Recording daily activities including plant on site
• Ensuring all project documents and requirements are in place at all times
• Attend all job-site meetings as client's representative or in conjunction with Architect and Project Management Team
• Perform related duties assigned from time to time

Key Qualifications

• A minimum of Higher Diploma in: Building Construction; Civil Engineering;Architecture; Quantity Surveying; Building Surveying or any other related field from a recognized learning institution
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in building construction as a Clerk of
  Works in a busy environment
• Must have knowledge in use of Ms office; Ms Project packages and AutoCAD
• Registration by NCA is MUST Works in a busy environment
• Must have knowledge in use of Ms office; Ms Project packages and AutoCAD
• Registration by NCA is MUST
