Population Services Kenya (PS Kenya) is a health NGO measurably improving the health of Kenyans for over 25 years. We address the most serious health challenges affecting resource

• poor and vulnerable communities in Kenya, including HIV/AIDS, reproductive health, non-communicable diseases and the greatest threats to children under five including malaria, diarrhea, pneumonia and malnutrition.

As the Chief Operations Officer (C00), reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), your key contribution will be at strategic level, and you will work very closely with the CEO in the development of the organization strategy, ensuring that evidence-based interventions are developed and implemented. You will also have responsibility for monitoring implementation; innovation and performance improvement. You will create synergies and efficiencies in the organization through integration of best practices and inculcating a culture of value for money across the divisions, You will also ensure proper representation of PS Kenya position with stakeholders and donors. Requirements:
We wish to discuss this role with strategic and experienced leaders with strong commercial sense, as well as the ability to effectively communicate and build strong relationships that aid the smooth operations across all programs and achieve value for money. Such individuals are expected to have the following:

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Communication, Marketing or Public Health
  
• 10+ years' experience in Business Management; 4 must be at senior management level
  
• Proven strategic planning and implementation experience
  
• Demonstrable people management skills
  
• Strong relationship building, communication and interpersonal skills;
