Duties and responsibilities;
• Tracking the implementation of Agricultural policies, Programs and projects;
• Supporting the implementation of agricultural programs, projects, policies and strategies addressing food security in the County
• Supporting and participating in monitoring and evaluation of agricultural programmes in the County;
• Supporting the training programs in the Department of agriculture;
• Tracking and reporting on progress of the County Key Projects in Agriculture;
• Coordination and dissemination of Public information on the status of the Key County Projects;
• Improving the coordination of County Government flagship projects, monitoring, evaluation and reporting on timely fulfillment of Governors key development priorities in Agriculture
• Providing reports and briefs for projects status within agriculture

Requirements for the appointment
• Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Economics, Agribusiness, Agriculture Education and Extension, Agricultural engineering
• Must have at least 5 years experience working in Agricultural sector at a management level
• Computer literate with knowledge on Computer packages
• Possess Proposal development skills
• Good Communication skill
• Report writing skill
• To have resource mobilization skills,


Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
