JOB DETAILS:
Chief Executive Officer/ Board Secretary( 1)
Board Secretary/Chief Executive Officer, Mombasa County Public Service Board - 1 post, [6 years non-renewable Contract on full-time basis]
(Remuneration of this position is guided by the Salaries & Remuneration Commission which is subject to change from time to time)

Requirements for Appointment.
i. Be a Kenyan Citizen.
ii. Be in possession of a Bachelor’s degree from a university recognized in Kenya.
iii. MUST be a Certified Public Secretary and in good professional standing.
iv. Have a working experience of not less than (5) years.
v. Meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution on leadership and integrity.
vi. Knowledge in financial Management will be an added advantage.
vii. Be a professional who demonstrates absence of breach of the relevant professional code of conduct.
viii. Have thorough knowledge of the structural, legislative and regulatory framework of the Public Service.
ix. Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability, with the capacity to work under pressure to meet strict timelines.
