JOB DETAILS:
Acacia seeks to employ an experienced Chef for their Kisumu headquarters, on a six (6) month fixed term contract.

Core Accountabilities:

• Preparation of high quality, varied multi-cultural meals for up to 31 staff members, including expatiates
  
• General kitchen and household management including stock keeping

Qualification Requirements:

• Diploma in food production or related discipline from a recognize: Institution

Experience Requirements:

• At least five years’ continuous experience in high quality and variety meal preparation for large groups including international cuisine and in managing a kitchen that serves 10-20 people

Skills! Knowledge Requirements:

• Excel lent cookery skills in a wide variety of cuisines
  
• Fluent in English and Kiswahili and able to work from English recipes
  
• Knowledge of stock keeping and general kitchen and household management
  
• Kenyan Citizen.
