About the job
This role will be responsible for overseeing inventory management and billing for several dialysis services within a region/s.

Responsibilities
• Perform daily checks of NHIF forms and receipts
• Reconcile all the bills and prepare billing report for Regional Operations Manager/ Director.
• Oversee the installation, inspection and validation of billing systems and other operating software necessary for center-level activities.
• Work with hospitals to resolve rejections from NHIF and any other billing issues
• Support regional management to formulate and implement ways through which the company can get feedback from patients, ensuring that their clinical and personal concerns are addressed
• Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, training and evaluation of Center Heads and Center Administrators.
• Work with the Regional Operations Director to approve overtime for all Center Leads
• Participate in development of protocols for different tasks under the center operations docket and emphasize on upholding these protocols e.g. inventory counts and billing
• Work with regional management to ensure positive patient outcomes throughout all the centers
• Follow up with center teams to ensure inventory check is carried out as per schedule
• Check the order level tracker and inventory usage calculator for discrepancies and follow up to ensure adjustments are made accordingly

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree and at least two years’ experience in a Hospital Set up.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work under minimum supervision
• Able to collect, read and interpret data - assessing for errors, trends etc.
