Responsibilities and Duties

  3. Interview clients to determine what kinds of Homes they are seeking.
  4. Organizing sales visits and explaining features of homes to prospective clients.

Job Purpose

Responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities, planning and implementing new sales plans. The Sales Manager will also manage the sales staff and will perform managerial duties to meet the company's operations goals

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Notify management on deficiencies or repairs required.
  2. Maintain supply rooms and refilling supplies.
  3. Ordering new cleaning supplies as needed.
  4. Ensure restrooms are cleaned and sanitized.
  5. Sweep, mop and polish floors using the appropriate cleaning supplies.
  6. Clean and dust furniture, ledges, light fixtures and other hard to reach places.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. Must be 21-25 years.
  2. Form four leavers.
