JOB DETAILS:

The specific Terms of Reference (TOR) will include:
• Design and deliver the two days team building retreat.
• Coordinate a two-day offsite team building staff retreat.
• Support and facilitate activities during pre-event, plenary activities, team initiatives, activities and closure
• Select and deploy appropriate tools, games, and activities to help express a clear message intended for the event so as to ensure connectedness during the event.

The deliverable outcomes that will result among others shall include:
• A strong, energized, focused, positive, and optimistic team.
• Enhanced team communication and motivation.

Minimum requirements
• Proven track record of conducting similar events with verified evidence.
• Duly registered organization or individual that is verified.
• Tax compliance

Job Experience: No Requirements

Work Hours: 8

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
