EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR PROVISION OF (1) PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES AND (2) LEASING SERVICES

1. The Board of Trustees, JKUAT Staff Retirement Benefits Scheme, wish to request for Expression of Interest for provision of (1) Property Management Services and (2) Leasing Services from suitably qualified service providers with appropriate experience.
2. Interested firms for the provision of the two (2) services should provide requisite information/documentation indicating that they are qualified to perform the service. Background information on JKUAT Staff Retirement Benefits Scheme and specific information that must be included in the Expression of Interest shall be provided on request through the email address pension@jkuat.ac.ke during normal office working hours 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
3. The Completed Expression of Interest and accompanying documents must be submitted in plain sealed envelopes and clearly marked “EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR PROVISION OF (1) PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES AND (2) LEASING SERVICES’ and addressed to:

4. The Expression of Interest and accompanying documents must be submitted on or before 12:00 noon Thursday. 9th March 2023. directly to our office at the following address and they will be opened in public immediately thereafter and in the presence of firms' representatives who choose to attend.
5. Successful applicants will be invited to present to the Board of Trustees after the evaluation of the Expression of Interest.
6. JKUAT Staff Retirement Benefits Scheme reserves the right to accept or reject the EOls in whole or in part without incurring any obligation to inform the affected applicant/s of the grounds.
7. Any canvassing or giving false information will lead to automatic disqualification
