JOB DETAILS:
Call Center Assistant
Job Description:
Based at the Corporate Office, this position is responsible for delivery of excellent call services to ensure superior customer experience for all customers calling the organization.
Qualifications:
• Diploma in a Business-Related field, a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position will be required.
