JOB DETAILS:
Business Process Owner & IT Executive

Job Responsibilities:
• Configure internal SAP ERP systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
• Supervise the operations team at company level in the adoption stage.
• Upgrade the end-user's knowledge.
• Install SAP server, database and application
• Train new system users and set up their accounts
• Monitor the performance of servers, software and hardware.
• Setting up systems and controls for IT governance.
• Ensure the smooth deployment of new applications.
• Project implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Update documentation.

Qualifications, Qualities and Experience:
• Work experience as a Senior Support Administrator.
• Excellent Knowledge of SAP Business One Software (preferably with implementation experience level)
• Technical skill in system integrations preferred.
• Good knowledge of at least one scripting knowledge.
• Solid understanding of business processes and operations.
• Knowledge of system security techniques.
• Bachelors in Computer Science or similar field with 4-5 years of experience.
