JOB DETAILS:
Who you are
• 3-4 years experience working as a data scientist in a commercial setting
• A degree in statistics, computer science, data engineering or similar
• Experience with and comfortable working in PowerBI, Tableau, Google Data Studio or a similar data analysis tool, Odoo, SAP or other ERP solutions a plus
• Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SLQ, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.
• A self-driven problem solver who is proactive, wants to grow professionally and holds their work to the highest levels of integrity.
• A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.

What you will do
• Be our go-to person on all things data
• Take a holistic approach to data governance and a good user experience
• Structure and continue building our daily and weekly dashboards for ecommerce metrics such as AOV, growth in revenue, customers, orders, products, retention
• Creating reports and analysis to support business growth using internal and external data sources
• Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions and knowledge sharing.
• Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies.
• Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
• Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes.
• Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
