  PG BISON KENYA LIMITED
The company supplies the Construction & Furniture Industry with panel products and associated hardware for interior finishing requirements, and seeks to employ the following position.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER.

The ideal candidate should have the following portfolio.
• A detailed technical knowledge of panel products such as MDF and Particleboard and the related machine processing operations.
• At least 10 years International Management Experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to get results through training people
• At least 10 years' experience as a senior Manager in a firm manufacturing panel components or related industry. .
• A formal tertiary qualification in Manufacturing/Operations Management.
• A Formal Tertiary Engineering qualification
• Have a formal qualification as a Director of Corporate Governance.
• An advanced qualification in Safety or Risk Management.
• - At least 10 years’ experience in developing business operations for manufacturing.
• Ability to manage various projects to completion and implementation. .
• Select and train key staff to be employed in various branches throughout East Africa
• Must have good administrative & computer skills - Sage pastel, Excel, Word etc.
