We are a recruitment company based in Westlands. Are you a self-motivated Individual who is driven and focused? Are you looking to increase your experience in Business development working on B2B Sales? We are looking for you. This role involves active selling of company services to employers and professionals.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Account Management
• Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
• Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
• Pitching Integrated Staffing and Training Limited services to the clients.
• Cross sell services to the already existing clients.
• Assisting in planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
• Networking by attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
• Preparing and executing outbound sales event campaigns
• Performing an extensive analysis of the market
• Ensuring achievement of targets

Requirements
• Must have at least a Diploma or Degree in HR/ Sales or Marketing from a recognized university
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and proficiency in clearly communicating either verbally or in written form
• Well rounded young professionals who can evaluate a business’s strengths and weaknesses
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills will come in handy
• A solution oriented approach and the ability to keep calm under pressure
• A problem solver.
