Role Overview:
As a Business Development Associate(Lead Generation) you will join our fast and furious Business Development team and will be tasked with prospecting, qualifying and generating new leads to support our Business Development Managers.
You are a highly motivated, self-starter individual able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision-makers is essential! .

Responsibilities
• Booking meetings for the Business Development Managers while acting as the bridge between the potential client and our Business Development Managers.
• Building and cultivating prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
• Work with the team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly revenue goals.
• Develop new business via telephone to identify appropriate clients within our target market.
• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects

Qualifications:
• Strong consultative sales experience
• Good communication, Strong conversational and interpersonal skills

• Proven multi-tasking and project management skills


Job Education Requirements:Diploma, Associate's degree
