Ukulima Sacco Society Limited, a SASRA licensed Deposit Taking Sacco in Kenya with its Headquarters in Nairobi and FOSA Branch Network in Kisumu, Mombasa, Eldoret, Embu,Nakuru and Kisii invites individuals who possess a passion for excellence, strong work ethics, are results oriented and committed to continual improvement to apply for the following position: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND MARKETING MANAGER- REFUCSC/HR/E/06/2019 - 1 POSITION Purpose of the Job: Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the position is responsible for leading business growth, market expansion, promotion and maintenance of positive customer relationships to achieve the Society's goals and objectives. .

  Job Responsibilities:
The jobholder's accountability areas are outlined as follows
• Increased markets, membership growth, increased loan portfolio, growth in deposits and all other performance parameters in the Sacco;
• Effective operational cost control of the department's financial resources;
• Successful implementation of quality control standards for services offered by the department;
• Effective supervision of employees assigned to the department;
• Maximization of productivity in the department;
• Continuous process improvement of services offered by the department:
• Ensure customer satisfaction for the consumers of the services offered by the department;
