Branding and Signage Sales Executive (3 Positions) - 3 positions
- Our client seeks to recruit Branding and Signage Sales Executives who will be Responsible for selling branding and signage solutions to businesses, organizations, or individuals. He/ she will focus on understanding customer needs, providing customized recommendations, and managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Both sales skills and a basic understanding of design and production processes related to signage and branding materials are key.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Generation:
- Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Generate new business leads and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
Client Consultation & Relationship Management:
- Conduct meetings or calls with clients to understand their branding and signage needs.
- Provide expert advice on product offerings such as outdoor signage, vehicle wraps, digital displays, branding and more.
- Develop tailored proposals and presentations to meet client specifications.
- Foster long-term relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
Proposal & Quotation:
- Prepare and present cost estimates and quotes to clients.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure the feasibility and quality of projects.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales deals.
Project Coordination:
- Oversee the execution of projects once contracts are signed, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Act as the liaison between clients and the design/production team.
- Monitor client satisfaction throughout the project to ensure retention and repeat business.
Market Research:
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and new products.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
Sales Reporting & Administration:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client communications.
Prepare regular sales reports for management.
- Use CRM software to track client interactions, manage sales opportunities, and forecast revenue.
Branding Expertise:
- Develop a thorough understanding of different branding elements (logo design, brand colors, typography, etc.).
- Advise clients on how best to incorporate signage into their overall branding strategy.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, ideally in the signage, printing, or advertising industry.
- Strong knowledge of branding, signage materials, and production processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to understand and meet client needs through consultative selling.
- Experience in developing and presenting sales proposals and quotes.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management (preferably in the signage, branding, or related industries).
