Biomedical Technologist

Job Purpose
To maintain hospital machines and diagnostic equipment in good working condition to provide quality care to patients.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Prepare and review of equipment and machine service schedule and adhere to it.
• Make regular checks for power points to maintain a safe environment.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions with accuracy and precision and do the necessary repairs.
• Attend to work requests as assigned by the supervisor.
• Maintain the water system in the hospital to avoid shortage and manage overflow.
• Making sure all hospital equipment are in good working condition.
• Actively participate in quality improvement in the hospital.

Qualifications and Skills
• Diploma in Biomedical Engineering.
• 3 years working experience
• Computer literate.
• Accuracy.
• Effective communication skills.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: DIPLOMA
