Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this ion grade, an officer must have: -
• Served in the grade of Audio-visual Editorial Technician II for a minimum period of three (3) years or post Certificate qualification experience of a period of six (6) years
• Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education mean grade D+ (plus) with at least C- (minus) in English or Kiswahili or Music or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
• Certificate in audio-visual production, archiving and editing, computer application in audio production and editing lasting not less than one (1) year from recognized institution
• Certificate in computer applications from a recognized institution;
• Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Audio-visual recording, editing, mixing and production,
• audio-visual archiving, assist in music composition,
• studio equipment maintenance and undertaking any audio-visual editorial duties that may be assigned
• Undertaking any other Audio-visual editorial duties that may be assigned

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 72

Level of Education: Professional Certificate
