DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
• Designing, preparation of drawings and supervision of construction of civil and structural works for simple projects.
• Operating machines of; difficult ‘rating’ C’;
• Assisting machine attendance in identifying possible breakdowns;
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the plant.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE APPOINTMENT
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent and relevant qualification from a recognized Institution;
• Been Registered by the Engineers Registration Board of Kenya (ERB) as a Graduate Engineer.
• 2 years’ experience
• Negotiation skills
• Problem solving skills
• Communication and computing skills
• Interpersonal skills

Applicants are required to get clearance from the following institutions to meet requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya:
• Kenya Revenue Authority
• Higher Education Loans Board
• Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission
• Criminal Investigation Department
• Credit Reference Bureau
