• PHD degree will be an added advantage
Or
• Bachelor Degree with 12 years experience 3 of which must as a senior administrative assistant I grade II or equivalent

Submit 2 hard copies of a lettter of application, certificate, National Identity Card/ passport , testimonials and updated curicculum vitae to include full details of education, professional Qualifications experience, publications (where applicable) membership to professional bodies, name and addresses of three referees one whom should be present or previous employer
