JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements to company accounts, resolving discrepancies.
- Process employee payroll, ensuring accurate calculation of wages, taxes, and deductions, and timely payment.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Record financial transactions and maintain accurate general ledger accounts.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Certification ( CPA part 2 is a MUST)
- Prior experience in accounting or payroll processing is preferred.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel).
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail in all accounting tasks.
- Good written and verbal communication for dealing with internal teams and external clients.
- Ability to handle sensitive financial and payroll information discreetly.
