JOB DETAILS:
We are in the Building and Construction industry engaging in majorly Architectural Design and Construction. We seek to fill the position of an Architect.

Qualifications and skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• Minimum two years’ relevant work experience
• Graduate membership with the Architectural Association of Kenya
• Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Sketchup, Adobe Suite, Office
• Ability to create 3D visuals is MANDATORY (V-Ray, 3ds Max, Lumion, Sketchup)
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to manage your time effectively and work on several projects/ tasks simultaneously
• A flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working

Job responsibilities
• Preparation of sketch/ scheme designs and production drawing
• Interpretation of client’s requirements and post contract admission
• Space planning and conceptual design skills
• Development of layouts for typical rooms/space types
• Development of material palettes
• Graphic and material presentations for in-house and client meetings
• Construction documentation and coordination
• Must be able to work on multiple projects at one time
