Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
• Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements
• Take, type and distribute minutes of meetings
• Implement and maintain office systems and set up work procedures
• Maintain schedules and calendars
• Handle incoming emails, mail and other documentation
• Set up and maintain document management systems / databases
• Collate, share and store information
• Proactively communicate verbally and/or in writing to answer inquiries or provide feedback
• Liaison with internal and external contacts
• Manage office supplies and office equipment
