JOB DETAILS:
Overview
Petty Cash management
• Data capture:
o Posting data into the system on time to enable real time availability of information for decision making.
o Consolidating ad hoc information on need-to-need basis as may be required from time to time.
• Marketing activities;
o Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure resources are allocated to approved activities and ensure that all marketing activities are reconciled on time and any variances resolved,b)
o Arrange for the payments of promoter wages on time.
o Process promotional discount credit notes on time to avoid delay payment and improve customer relationship.
• Customer Credit Notes:
o Proactively pushing for authorisations of credit notes weekly.
o Ensure that all authorized credit notes are processed& emailed to customers,
• Marketing store inventory management:
o Carry out end month stock takes to ensure marketing collaterals as per the books tally with physical stocks and resolve any discrepancies.
o Share the marketing stock quantities with the marketing team and the procurement team to facilitate proactive procurement of the collaterals that are needed.
• Tabulate DSR Incentives-Following up on receipt of the distributor sales data for tabulation of agent sales representative incentives and ensure they are paid out on time to motivate them to sell more products.
