JOB DETAILS:
Purpose Of The Job:
• Our client is a leading manufacturer of high standard cleaning chemicals, servicing the hospitality, healthcare, laundry, transport, marine and mining sectors.

Responsibilities:
• The accountant shall manage and improve client financial performance and accounting operations.
• Managing accounting records, evaluating and managing risk, ensuring compliance with regulations, liaising with external auditors for annual financial statements, overseeing accounting operations, analyzing financial data, monitoring expenditure, forecasting revenue, coordinating auditing processes, and ensuring accuracy of financial information
• The accountant will need to use strong analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving skills, have a flair for numbers, be highly organized, and have excellent leadership skills.
• The accountant will streamline our accounting functions and operations provide financial analysis and reports, train staff on business finance issues, promote regulatory compliance, and drive income generation.
• Process, reconcile, file and raise payments for all tax requirements
• Audit, reconcile and file all annual tax requirements for the company and its employees
• Update and be conversant with changing trends or requirements in regards to any other taxes that may be required from time to time.
• Diligently work to avoid exposing client to any financial risks and coordinate with management on any risks articulately and proactively.
• Maintain a healthy working relationship with the KRA Account manager allocated to client to ensure quick resolving of any tax issues
• Carry out any other accounting tasks as requested by the company directors.

Qualifications:
• Degree or Diploma in Accounting, CPA /or in related field.
• Preferred skills :2 years’ Experience as Accountant.
• Must Be Excellent in QuickBooks.
• Articulate in spoken and written communication skills.
• Results driven.
• Attention to detail.

Experience in Months: 24

Postgraduate Degree
