JOB DETAILS:
The company is in need of an accounts personnel.They will be reporting to the finance manager and Human resource manager.Below are their duties and responsibilities.;

Roles for the Accountant Job

• Determine and implement cost accounting procedures and methods.
• Paying commissions on daily basis to our transcab drivers.
• Responsible for the preparation and analysis of cost reports; providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of services offered.
• Advising on service profitability and pricing structures.
• Assist in various projects aimed at identifying and realizing cost savings.
• Preparation of financial reports for decision making including the Monthly Budget Control.
• Accumulate and apply overhead costs as required by generally accepted accounting principles.
• Coordinate with IT department for system issues, maintenance and development on functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable and pricing issues.
• Support and assist internal department requirements such as audit schedules, tax schedules and others.
• Ensure proper and complete documentation.
• Maintain and update asset register.
• Preparation of payroll and submission of statutory payments in time.
• Undertake any other duties as and when required to do so by finance manager.

Accountant Job Requirements
The ideal candidates for these positions MUST meet the following requirements:-

• High Customer care etiquette.
• Competent at Debtor & Creditor Reconciliations including bank reconciliations.
• Payroll Experience; Experience in Balance Sheet Account Preparation; Detail Oriented; Organised; Timely; Competent IT Skills; Strong Bookkeeping Skills.
• Prior Experience with technology companies is ultimate advantage.
• Competent on Paying & Filing of Company Taxes on Itax.
• CPA III, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Business/ Finance or equivalent.
• Excellent Skills With Microsoft Office; (Excel & Word).
• 2 years working experience in a related field.
