Qualification and Key competencies
For the appointment to this position, the candidate must-
• Be a Kenyan citizen
• Not be a state or public officers;
• Be in possession of a first degree from a University recognized in Kenya;
• Have knowledge and working experience of not less than five (5) years;
• Satisfy the requirements of Chapter six of the Constitution of Kenya 2010 on Leadership and Integrity;
• Have demonstrated professional competence and managerial capabilities;
• Be a professional who demonstrates absence of breach of the relevant professional code of conduct;
• Demonstrate an appreciation of the diversity within the County;
• Be able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines;
• Be visionary and strategic in approach; and
• Have experience in organizational and/or human resource recruitment and development in technical and functional areas within the County Public Service.
• Experience in medical/healthcare, law, education, agriculture, engineering, economics, finance and accounting will be an added advantage.
Tenure
• Six (6) years non-renewable contract which may be on full time or part-time basis
NB-Applicants must meet values and principles set out in Article 10 and 232 of the Constitution of Kenya 2010 and must attach clearance form
• Higher Education Loans Board (HELB);
• Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA);
• Credit Reference Bureau (CRB);
• Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC);
• Certificate of Good Conduct (CID);

• Remuneration and benefits for the above posts are as may be from time to time set by the Salaries and Remuneration Commission (SRC)
