Job Descriptions
• Receiving, sorting, filing and dispatching letters;
• Compiling statistical records;
• Maintain an efficient filing system;
• Receiving receipts, invoices and related records and filing them accordingly;
• Carrying-out transactions related to accounts, stores or human resource information; and
• Preparing payment vouchers; and drafting simple routine correspondences.
Person Descriptions
• Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade C- (minus) from the Kenya National Examinations Council or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; and
• Proficiency in computer application
