DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
• Maintaining sanitation;
• Ensuring proper disposal of solid/liquid wastes;
• Investigating and controlling disease vectors;
• Participating in immunization programmes; and
• Preventing and controlling communicable diseases
• Must be a Kenyan citizen.
• Diploma in any of the following disciplines; Environmental Health Science, Public Health Inspection or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Valid practicing license from the Public Health Officer and Technicians Council.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Complied with the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE APPOINTMENT
Applicants are required to get clearance from the following institutions to meet requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya:
• Kenya Revenue Authority
• Higher Education Loans Board
• Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission
• Criminal Investigation Department
• Credit Reference Bureau

Job Experience: No Requirements

Work Hours: 8

Level of Education: Associate Degree
