JOB GROUP 'H' FOUR (4) POSTS (ADVERT NO. 54/2022)
(a) Duties and Responsibilities
• Implementing nutrition programs;
• Providing nutrition services in health care facilities;
• Conducting nutrition assessments;
• Collecting and compiling nutrition data;
• Providing nutrition health education and demonstrations;
• Counselling of patients with specific nutritional needs;
• Monitoring preparation of theraorthopeutic feeds implementing;
• Promoting maternal, infant and young children feeding programs and providing micronutrient supplementation.
• Performing any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor

(b) Requirement for Appointment
• Must be a Kenyan Citizen (Attach ID)
• KCSE Certificate
• Diploma in Community Nutrition, clinical nutrition or nutrition and dietetics from a recognized institution
• Two (2) years post registration experience v) Registration by the Kenya Nutritionists and Dieticians Institute (KNDI) vi) Valid practicing license from KNDI

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Associate Degree
