Our client, Adcock Ingram East Africa is a leading pharmaceutical company registered in Kenya whose mission is to be recognized as a leading world class branded healthcare company.
They now wish to recruit 4 Medical Sales Representatives

Role: The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for undertaking the assigned sales and marketing roles and achieving the set sales targets

JOB DETAILS:

JOB PROFILE

•  Undertake market research to ensure marketing competitiveness
•  Meet monthly sales targets as set out by the Channel Heads
•  Plan strategic marketing and promotional activities in your assigned regions to phannaciesl hospitals
•  Create product and brand awareness of Adcock Ingram East Africa products and add value to the users of the products

PERSON PROFILE

•  Bachelor’s degree in, science related field or other relevant field from a recognized institution.
•  At least 3 years’ sales experience in the pharmace- utical industry
•  Ability to prioritize and organize work
•  Must have demonstrable excellent selling skills
•  Should possess strong interpersonal skills
•  Should be able to work well with othersl be a team player
•  Must have good communication and presentation skills
•  Must be currently registered with PPB
•  Should have excellent territorial management skills
•  Must be an honest person of high integrity
