JOB DETAILS:
Duties and responsibilities
An Officer at this level will work under a senior officer;
• designing,
• preparation of drawings
• supervision of construction of civil,
• marine and structural works

Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this grade, an officer must have:
• Served in the grade of Assistant Engineer II (Structural) or comparable and relevant position in the Public in the Public Service for at least three (3) years;
• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent and relevant qualification form a recognized Institution;
• Been registered by the Engineers Registration Board of Kenya (ERB) as a Graduate
• Engineer; and Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results

Salary Scale: The salary will be in Job Group “L” and other benefits attached to this position will be as determined by the Salaries and Remuneration Commission.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
