JOB DETAILS:

(a) Job Purpose
• The Senior Investment & Administration Officer will be responsible for the development and review of investment and loan recovery policies, monitoring and evaluation of the existing investments and recommending appropriate strategies; and managing the credit risk on the loan portfolio in the most profitable and cost-effective manner in line with KDC objectives.

(b) Job Specifications
Duties and responsibilities will entail;
• Scanning the market and develop new business;
• Appraising investment proposals;
• Contributing in negotiation of project documents;
• Disbursing to approved projects;
• Monitoring post investment progress of projects;
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders;

(c) Person Specification
For a candidate to be appointed to this position, they must have;
• At least four (4) years’ relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: Commerce, Business,
• Economics, Engineering or any other relevant field from a recognized institution;
• Certified qualification in any of the following; Financial Analyst (CFA), Investment and Financial Analyst (CIFA), Public Accountant (CPA (K) or Association of
• Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA (UK) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution will be an added advantage;
• Member of a relevant professional body.
• Knowledge and experience in statistics, data collection, analysis and presentation;
• Excellent financial modeling skills;
• vii.Excellent business acumen;
• Supervisory course lasting not less than two (2) weeks
• Good interpersonal, and communication skills;
• Proficiency in Computer Applications.
• Team player;
• Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution of Kenya.
